5) Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CTS retains ownership of its templates, frameworks, training materials, and proprietary methods. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables created for you for your internal business purposes.
6) Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms (CRM, SMS/email providers, payment processors, hosting, analytics). CTS is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, deliverability, or platform decisions.
7) Website Use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or misuse our site or systems.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content via our forms or communications.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our services or website.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violations of these Terms. You may discontinue services at any time; fees for work completed remain due.
