5 Years 5 Offers - Celebrating our 5th Anniversary
5 Years, 5 Offers
Celebrating the Businesses That Made It Possible
Five years ago, I started Certified Tech Solutions with one goal: give small businesses access to enterprise-level tech without the enterprise price tag. This week, we're celebrating that milestone with 5 Years, 5 Offers, one new deal dropping every day. But before we get to the offers, I want to take a minute to celebrate the people who made this possible.
Real Businesses, Real Results
Every project I take on starts the same way: a business owner who's tired of duct-taping their tech together and ready for something that actually works.
Take Annette Garcia, owner of Pono Volleyball Club. Running a two-location youth volleyball club with a team of coaches means juggling schedules, communication, and operations across sites. We're deep into a CALM Blueprint engagement with her right now, building the systems that let her focus on her athletes instead of her admin work.
Or Connie Hess of Connie's Curio, who needed consistent social media presence without spending her own time on it. We handle her posting twice a week, every week, so she can focus on running her business.
Lily Rose of Lily Rose Health & Wellness is building a concierge nurse practitioner practice in Fort Worth, and her website needed to reflect the level of care she gives her patients. Allison Byrd-Haley at Allison Cares Health & Life Insurance needed the same thing: a site that builds trust with people making big decisions about their health coverage.
Alaina Croes, PhD, a testing psychologist, came to us because her website wasn't pulling its weight. A Google Business Profile audit and a few key updates later, she noticed the difference almost immediately.
Benita Sharpe of BSharpe Coaching is a great example of what happens when you finally get the right platform under a brand new business. She started out on a system that just wasn't working for her. Now she's learning a platform built to actually support where she's headed, and it's already making a difference in how she's building her consulting business from the ground up.
And Carmen Davailus has been with us as she learns the Automation on a Mission platform, picking up new projects, funnels, and websites along the way as her business grows into it.
Six very different businesses. One thing in common: they all needed a tech partner who could meet them where they were and build something that actually fits how they work.
Why It Works: The CALM Framework
None of this happens by accident. Every engagement runs through the same process, what I call the CALM Framework:
Clarity. Before we touch a single tool, we figure out what's actually broken and what's actually needed. Most business owners don't need more tech. They need the right tech, used well.
Audit. We look at what's already there. Website, Google Business Profile, social media, workflows. You can't fix what you haven't measured.
Layer. We add the pieces that are missing, one at a time, in the right order. No overwhelming rip-and-replace projects. No shiny objects.
Maintain. Tech isn't a one-time fix. We stay in it, keeping things running and adjusting as your business grows.
This is the difference between hiring a freelancer for a one-off task and having an actual tech partner. My clients don't just get a website or a social calendar. They get a system built around how their business actually runs, and someone who sticks around to make sure it keeps working.
Five Years In, and Just Getting Started
Five years wouldn't have happened without people like Annette, Connie, Lily, Allison, Alaina, Benita, Carmen, and every other business owner who trusted us with their tech. That's what this week is about.
If you've been putting off getting your tech in order, this is the week to stop putting it off. All five anniversary offers are live for a limited time, and they cover everything from a full visibility audit to social media management to a complete implementation package.
Take a look at what's available through the end of September at ctsolutionsonline.com/5-years-5-offers. Whatever stage your business is in, there's an offer built for where you are right now.
Here's to five years, and to the businesses that made every one of them worth it.
